GamersGrass® online store is the direct way of purchasing GamersGrass® range of products and is directed to the hobbyist as well as hobby retailers.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
We ship from Portugal and offer a variety of diferent shipping methods/carriers according to your location and whether you choose a trackable shipping option or not.
Depending on the size of your order it can take some days before we can ship it. However, we usually ship the order one day or two after being placed.
You should expect to receive your order within the transit time interval displayed on your selected carrier.
To locations outside Europe you must also consider some extra time for eventual customs clearance of your order.
Custom clearance can be between 1 and 8 weeks depending of the speed of your countries custom services.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS
In the unfortunate case that your order has not been delivered to you within the timeframe of your selected shipping method, please contact us via email.
If there is no update in the supplied tracking number for at least 4 weeks, we can start an investigation of your shipment with the carrier and if there is no movement for 8 weeks we consider the parcel to be lost and you can contact us by email with your order number and track and trace code for a replacement shipment or order value refund.
If you did not select a traceable shipping method, we must allow for a total of 8 weeks (12 if outside EU) of transit time before considering your order lost and proceed with sending you a replacement or refund.
We cannot be held responsable for unclaimed parcels, incorrect addresses or your unavailability to receive your order.
If not collected parcels will be returned to the sender, we will not be able to refund you the shipping costs. (the time they wait before returning depends on the destination country)
The cost of shipping depends on the total weight, the country of destination and the carrier chosen for your order.
To return a product to us, you should ship the product to our warehouse address in Portugal.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the original unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your package is received at our facilities, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned items.
Depending on where you live, the time for the return package to arrive to us may vary.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping amount and that we cannot accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorisation (RMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are returning an order from outsite the EU, upon reception in Portugal, your order may be subject to customs clearance by the portuguese customs office and all applicable charges will not be refunded.
This policy lasts for 14 days after your order is delivered to you.
If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on your order.
